Job and Internship Description
Internship or fresh advocate required. A candidate with an attitude of learning and effective in teamwork, he/she gets a chance to get exposure in the following areas:
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
- RERA
- Criminal law
- Draftings of pleadings, writ petitions, appeals, understanding Court work and case management.
- Foreign Trade Laws & Issues.
- Anti-money Laundering Laws.
- Non Profit Organisation Laws.
- Legal writing research.
