Mr. Mishra is an enforcement Department Special Public Prosecutor, Government of India and Anti-Corruption Special Public Prosecutor, Government of Gujarat. He has appeared in number of landmark judgments and has been standing council in matters of RBI, ONGC, IRTC, BIS, Allahabad Bank, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd., The Centre of Entrepreneurship Development, etc.
