The ideological orientation of the NSS is inspired by the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. Very appropriately, the motto of NSS is “NOT ME, BUT YOU”. An NSS volunteer places the ‘community’ before ‘self’. . The aim of NSS is developing student’s personality through community service.

About the Webinar

Topic: Reforms in India’s Education System.

India’s education system has changed drastically if we look at it from a historical perspective. Currently, India finds itself in a situation where the second rounds of major changes are needed to help the country grow. The Government of India has taken efforts in the contemporary times to achieve the objective of inclusive growth, yet several problems like lack of quality education, corruption in the education field, lack of facilities etc have continued to exist.

Hence, through this webinar we would like to provide a holistic view of the reforms in the Indian Education System by focusing on:

  • The NEP 2020
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Role of Educators
  • Inclusive Education
  • Inequality in India’s Education
  • Everyone’s Role in Shaping the Indian Education System.
