About the Institute

The concept of ‘Symbiosis’ is nurtured by Dr. S. B. Mujumdar (Chancellor Symbiosis International Deemed University) on the principles of Vedic thought ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ which means ‘World as One Family’.

Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Hyderabad was established in 2014 inheriting splendid novelty, dynamism and excellence in the education of Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune.

Centre for Competition and Corporate Law (C.C.C.L.) is a student-run forum of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad with the objective to promote knowledge and awareness about this rapidly flourishing field of law. It aims to provide a platform to all aspiring lawyers to develop their research and advocacy skills in the field of Competition law.

About the Speakers

The speaker for the webinar is Mr. Danish Khan, Principal Associate (Competition Law) at Dua Associates. Danish Khan is a lawyer with a passion for Competition Law.

He has extensive experience in Competition Litigation and Advisory. He has advised and represented clients before the Competition Commission of India and Appellate Forum(s). He writes frequently for National and International publications with a focus on Competition Law.
